Dave was very quick to get our places listed, photographed and on the market within a couple of days.  He also didn’t waste any time setting up showings and an open house in our most recent sale.  Dave was always available for my many questions and responded in a timely manner to phone calls and texts.  Along with being proactive, Dave was always pleasant to deal with and is very professional and knowledgeable. 

We are a young, growing family with busy schedules and really appreciated the time he took to get everything set up and done for us. We’re so happy that the sale of our homes were both such a seamless process.
